The Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center is a sanctuary dedicated to preserving Alaska’s wildlife through conservation, research, education and quality animal care. AWCC takes in injured and orphaned animals year-round and provides them with spacious enclosures and quality animal care. The Center contains over 200 acres of spacious habitats for animals to recover and roam of their natural “wild” behavior. Visitors may also be able to see other wildlife for themselves like brown bears, bull moose, or even a wood bison roaming on pastures.

Since 1969, the Alaska Zoo has cared for orphaned and injured wildlife as the only zoo in Alaska! Now, it has grown to take in more than 100 wild animals and more than 25 square meters of land! The Alaska Zoo is committed to protecting and preserving wildlife in which staff members provide quality education and conservation programs for family and friends that want to learn all about the wonderful wildlife of Alaska.
알래스카 동물원
알래스카 동물원은 1969년도 아기 코끼리 한마리로 시작된 동물원입니다. 1969년도 부터 다치고 고아가된 야생동물들을 치료하며 케어해주고 있습니다. 지금은 100마리가 넘는 야생동물들과 25 m2 가 넘는 동물원으로 성장해왔습니다. 알래스카 동물원은 야생동물들을 보호하며 보존할수있도록 노력하고 있습니다. 알래스카에서는 유명한 관광지이기도 합니다.
